Analista de Governança de Novos Produtos Sênior | Processos & Controles

Lead governance forums, ensuring effective discussions and proper documentation of decisions. Develop and enhance indicators, metrics, and management reports to support decision-making and governance evolution. Proactively identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in internal processes and governance mechanisms.

Experience in managing operational risks and internal controls. Knowledge of products and services offered by financial institutions. Advanced English proficiency is a plus. Previous experience in governance topics and executive reporting is desirable.

The position is based in the central region of São Paulo and requires on-site presence. It offers a collaborative work environment with opportunities for continuous improvement and engagement initiatives.
