Manage and develop a portfolio of associates, presenting financial solutions tailored to their needs. Prospect new associates and businesses, maintaining active contact and promoting suitable solutions. Conduct visits to associates to strengthen relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Economics, Business Management, Financial Management, Mathematics, or related fields. CPA 20 certification is mandatory. Experience in sales/targets and commercial routines, preferably in financial institutions.

The position is based in Marcelândia, Mato Grosso, requiring residence in the locality. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and the role is on-site.
