Core Responsibilities

The Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team focused on the growth of associated brands within the Restaurant vertical and maintaining optimal operations, significantly contributing to the accelerated growth of restaurants across Latin America. This role involves executing commercial activities to meet company objectives, focusing on brand development strategies, providing necessary support to achieve established team KPIs, and effectively communicating daily activities.

Requirements

Candidates must be finalized professionals in administrative, marketing, or related areas, possessing a minimum of one year of commercial experience in account management, sales, or similar roles, along with at least one year of experience in personnel development and management. Essential qualities include high negotiation power, persuasiveness, proactivity, quick execution, an agile mindset oriented towards data analysis, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with advanced G-suite proficiency.
