Manager, SEO Strategy

Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive SEO roadmaps that bridge traditional search with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Lead the strategy and execution of authority-building initiatives, utilizing advanced outreach and digital PR tactics. Serve as the technical lead for accounts, performing deep-dive audits on site architecture and Core Web Vitals. Mentor and review the work of SEO Associates, ensuring high-quality delivery.

3 - 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment. Deep expertise in Technical SEO and understanding of headless CMS, CSS/JS impact, and complex site migrations. Proven track record of building brand authority through strategic outreach and link-acquisition programs. Mastery of the SEO tool ecosystem including Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google Search Console.

This position requires you to work approximately 2-3 times a week from one of our offices located in Villa Crespo or Mar del Plata.
