BANAMEX - Workplace Technology Engineer

Create complex project plans and perform impact analyses. Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service and design testing approaches. Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and manage relationships with vendors. Lead engineers in End User Services and define priorities and training plans.

6-10 years of experience in infrastructure delivery roles. Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred. Familiarity with technologies like Microsoft 365, VMware Horizon, and experience in a Financial Services environment preferred.
