Core Responsibilities

This role involves executing and administering international compensation and benefit plans across multiple Latin American countries, including conducting market analysis, supporting salary survey participation, and ensuring internal equity and compliance. The director will also support annual compensation planning processes and manage all international benefit plan administration, including broker management and strategy development.

Requirements

A minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12 or more years of compensation and benefits experience within mature international organizations, including understanding process, payroll, and labor law differences across countries. Expertise in communicating compensation and benefit programs to leadership and employees is essential.
