What You'll Do
Manage the end-to-end operational workflow for AWS & Anthropic Funding Programs, ensuring documentation, funding requests, and invoicing are completed accurately and on time. Maintain accurate client records, funding documentation, and operational trackers across internal systems. Communicate updates to internal teams regarding AWS & Anthropic program changes, funding requirements, deadlines, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years in Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Billing, Finance Operations, or Administrative Support. Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce). Experience processing invoices or financial documentation.
