What You'll Do
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order preparation, packaging, and shipping of products. Manage inventory levels, conduct periodic audits, and analyze inventory data to optimize stock accuracy. Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and providing safety training to team members.
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of practical experience in warehouse operations management. Proven track record in leading warehouse management, including supervising and managing teams of various sizes. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory management software.
