Core Responsibilities

The role involves defining and executing the LATAM Offline Ads strategy, owning the go-to-market strategy including product design, pricing, and sales enablement. The leader will also be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, budget/P&L ownership, and building/managing supplier relationships across markets.

Requirements

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in offline advertising, OOH, trade/experiential marketing, or activations, coupled with strong expertise in logistics, supplier management, and budget ownership. The ideal person needs proven ability to build and scale products or business units, alongside excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
