The main responsibility is ensuring operational efficiency and optimizing logistics processes within distribution centers by monitoring loading/unloading, auditing cargo accuracy, and managing system entries and inventory control. This includes performing quality inspections, operating material handling equipment, maintaining workplace organization, and onboarding new employees through training.

Requirements

Candidates must possess good communication skills, organizational abilities, and a capacity for teamwork, with a minimum requirement of a High School Diploma. Desired qualifications include prior experience with cargo auditing and knowledge of TMS (Transportation Management System).
