What You'll Do
Structure a consolidated view of key operational indicators and offenders while maintaining monitoring routines and creating scalable dashboards and playbooks. Conduct root cause analyses to prioritize opportunities based on impact and feasibility. Formulate measurable action plans and track execution and results with partners and internal areas.
What We're Looking For
Advanced SQL skills with the ability to build complex queries. Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms. Ability to conduct root cause analyses and transform diagnostics into measurable action plans. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad hoc analyses.
