Conduct multichannel inbound consultations via WhatsApp and phone with a focus on high performance and sales conversion. Proactively manage active contacts during consultations to expedite resolutions and enhance the owner's experience. Simultaneously manage CRM tools and support platforms to ensure agility and accuracy in records.

Consolidated experience in inside sales, preferably in high cadence and volume operations. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on quick closures and consultative abilities to handle objections effectively. High resilience and energy to maintain enthusiasm in dynamic environments, along with strong organizational skills.

The position offers a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence once a week on Tuesdays. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and various benefits.
