Senior Order and Billing Operations Analyst

Process sales orders into the billing system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Invoice customers with a focus on timeliness, completeness, and accuracy. Respond promptly to account, invoice, and billing inquiries from customers and resolve invoice-related questions. Support collections operations and participate in system and process optimization projects.

Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in Accounting is preferred. Experience with billing systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce. Familiarity with subscription and overage usage billing practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
