AI Data Operations Manager
FigureCore Responsibilities
Own a meaningful piece of Figure's data collection operation, hitting volume, quality, and velocity targets. Build systems to achieve these targets and partner with engineering, product, and ops. Manage contributor acquisition, activation, and retention strategy, and coordinate with teams to develop new hardware, software, and operational systems.
Requirements
4+ years in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, growth, or startup operations roles, ideally with exposure to a frontier technology business. Comfortable rapidly building and deploying apps/agents using AI coding tools. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and experience working across cultures or in international markets.
