Act alongside the Transport and Logistics Operations teams to develop and implement the transfer network, aiming for greater speed, quality, and cost efficiency. Lead the implementation and opening of new Sortation operations, managing planning, execution, ramp-up, and stabilization while anticipating risks. Manage key performance indicators of the operation, identifying deviations and root causes, and guiding the team in building and executing action plans for improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. Solid experience in managing transport operations, such as Line Haul, First Mile, or Last Mile, preferably in high-volume and complex operations. Strong knowledge of performance indicators and continuous improvement methodologies, with the ability to analyze results and transform diagnostics into actionable plans.
