Serve as the primary point of contact for LATAM residents to resolve inquiries and maintenance requests via chat, email, and portals. Manage service tickets using SAP and CRM systems while ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely resolution.

Requirements

Requires proven experience in customer success or helpdesk operations with proficiency in SAP and CRM platforms. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, along with the ability to provide own technical equipment.
