Core Responsibilities

The Shopper Backup acts as the right-hand person to leadership, supporting daily operations, monitoring key indicators, and serving as a technical reference for the team. Responsibilities include supporting daily shopper operations, tracking team metrics, acting as a training multiplier, assisting with new hire onboarding, performing quality checks, and managing approximately 20 employees per shift.

Requirements

Candidates must have prior experience as a Shopper, demonstrating good performance and operational knowledge. A proactive and collaborative profile is required, along with an interest in leadership development and good communication skills.
