Conduct daily in-person visits to agencies and clients to establish relationships with business managers, identify commercial opportunities, and prospect new clients. Support the realization of new business for Cielo through new affiliations and activation of the affiliate base. Analyze results and create strategies to achieve and leverage results through actions, campaigns, and training.

Experience in commercial areas, preferably in the financial market or acquiring sector. Bachelor's degree required. Proficiency in advanced CRM systems and the ability to analyze key performance indicators related to established commercial goals.
