What You'll Do
Conduct stakeholder analysis and mapping in the area of influence, defining community engagement strategies to strengthen the Social License to Operate. Identify and assess social and operational risks, proposing preventive and corrective measures aligned with corporate standards. Establish effective and transparent communication channels with communities and key actors, addressing expectations, complaints, and claims.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Journalism, Sociology, International Relations, Law, or related fields. Master's degree in Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, or Social Innovation. 5 years of experience in related projects or areas such as Institutional Relations, Social Responsibility, or Sustainability.
