What You'll Do
Lead the planning and execution of the quality transfer strategy. Ensure the implementation of Control Plans, P-FMEA, acceptance criteria, and process validation activities. Manage testing, inspections, Factory Routine Tests (FRT), and first production validations.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment. Strong background in quality systems, audits, and problem-solving methodologies. Experience in electrical, automotive, aerospace, or engineered product manufacturing is preferred.
