The analyst will drive growth strategy by ensuring scientific rigor in decision-making through designing, executing, and analyzing complex A/B tests and diagnosing metric fluctuations. Key tasks include turning raw data into causal insights to optimize user retention, conversion, and unit economics while preventing costly statistical errors.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and have over 3 years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Science, or Growth, focusing heavily on A/B testing and causal inference. Essential technical skills include expert-level SQL, proficient Python (Pandas/Polars/NumPy) with an understanding of computational complexity, and strong business acumen regarding LTV and CAC.
