Support the performance and enablement of the hunting sales team (Hunters and BDRs). Structure, maintain, and optimize dashboards and control tools (Excel/Sheets). Act as an interface between data and operations, translating numbers into actionable insights. Implement and develop the use of new sales tools and processes.

Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets. Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL. Strong communication skills for interfacing with sales teams. Analytical skills for problem diagnosis and solution building. Familiarity with AI in practical daily use and agent creation.
