Manage the necessary processes to obtain licenses and permits for operations including construction, maintenance, and new projects. Act as a regional reference for compliance with regulations and engage with regulatory authorities at federal, state, and municipal levels. Conduct site visits to facilitate the acquisition of required licenses and permits.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Law, or related fields. 4 years of experience in similar positions, particularly in Legal or Compliance areas related to logistics, retail, or construction. Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.
