Manage and monitor performance indicators in the routing area of Mercado Livre, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring results evolve through structured root cause analysis. Lead the construction of the routing performance budget, translating indicators into consistent financial and operational assumptions. Conduct in-depth analyses and simulations on performance indicators, guiding the team with concrete operational improvement opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in data analysis and manipulation to generate insights and support strategic decisions, with proficiency in data management, extraction, transformation, and loading. Knowledge of data manipulation and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and Google Workspace.
