Core Responsibilities

Execute short-term personnel demand planning for your area and monitor key performance indicators to guide the team towards delivering results. Manage the team's work schedule, controlling delays, absences, overtime, and time banks, while executing operational routine actions related to your area. Oversee team deliveries and development, conducting evaluations, providing feedback, and facilitating training.

Requirements

Knowledge of Office Suite, WMS/LMS, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement. Proficiency in people management and operational team leadership, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity. Experience in leading direct and indirect teams, ensuring compliance with people management processes while being close to all levels as a disseminator of principles and culture. Availability to work shifts in Taboão da Serra/SP.
