Lead the monthly IBP cycle, ensuring quality of assumptions and alignment between partner areas. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, building consensus among commercial, operational, and financial areas. Conduct demand analysis and business scenarios, identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities, and recommending action plans to support decision-making. Develop and enhance models, automations, and analytical solutions using data tools and AI to increase planning efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Experience in leading S&OP/IBP cycles and demand consensus processes in complex environments. Proficiency in data analysis and analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, or similar. Intermediate/advanced Spanish language skills in conversation and writing.
