Head of Trading (Casa de Bolsa)
Plata CardCore Responsibilities
Validate the firm's trading infrastructure including OMS connectivity and platform configuration. Execute client and proprietary orders across equity, fixed income, and derivatives markets. Participate in defining trading policies and pre-trade risk controls. Conduct simulated trading sessions to validate the end-to-end order flow.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience at a casa de bolsa, with at least 5 years in an active trading role. Current AMIB certification as Operador Bursátil (Series 3) is required. Hands-on experience with BMV SENTRA or BIVA trading platforms and familiarity with OMS/EMS systems.
