Analyze data related to the operation of last-mile deposits to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and operational risks. Investigate operational performance to identify root causes of productivity deviations and propose corrective and preventive actions. Actively participate in the preparation and control of the last-mile operations budget, ensuring financial objectives are met and deviations are controlled. Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects between Operations and Transportation to drive operational excellence and align stakeholders.
Requirements
Advanced student in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Experience in data analysis and reporting in transportation and logistics operations. Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (BigQuery, Tableau, Looker). Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple internal areas (operations, planning, OpEx, etc.).
