Technical Support Engineer 1 - Sao Paulo
DatadogCore Responsibilities
Engage with customers via multiple channels to identify and resolve technical support requests while educating clients on the platform. Reproduce technical issues and participate in product conversations based on client feedback. Train as a specialist in one or more Datadog product areas.
Requirements
A Computer Science/Engineering major and/or Bootcamp graduate. Active contribution to open-source projects and the Engineering Community. Some programming experience and basic knowledge of Linux. Ability to work a rotating schedule that requires weekend availability.
