Operations Specialist
RappiCore Responsibilities
The specialist will collaborate closely with local and global operations teams to implement solutions aimed at improving the acquisition of the main fleet (Rappi riders). Responsibilities include identifying priorities, making data-driven decisions, analyzing results to iterate on initiatives, and helping shape product vision and strategy.
Requirements
Candidates should preferably have over 2 years of experience as a data/business analyst or working with technology, business intelligence, or digital operations teams in startups. Required qualifications include a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields, coupled with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.
