Assocaite Sales Operations Manager

Quarterly and annual planning; revenue planning and pricing. Weekly sales reporting and analysis: opportunities, pipeline health, weekly status. Reporting and analysis for upper management on delivery, attainment, pacing, growth, coverage, efficiency and opportunities. Lead a team of CSMs and implement processes and procedures to scale.

Experience working in a fast-paced technology company, preferably within the digital advertising landscape. Strong ability to influence, communicate effectively, and drive change across multiple stakeholders and levels of management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and positive attitude. Daily, hands-on experience using AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, N8N, or similar platforms to automate workflows.
