Lead multidisciplinary teams and suppliers in specification, installation, and commissioning, ensuring quality standards and manuals. Design and implement SCADA and HMI systems under international standards with a focus on alarm rationalization. Configure and support industrial networks, diagnosing and solving failures. Drive improvements in operational process automation and execute the commissioning of complex equipment while maintaining communication with stakeholders.

Completed professional degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields (Scrum certification or project management is desirable). Technical experience in reading plans/diagrams, PLC programming (Siemens/Rockwell), SCADA/HMI, and intralogistics commissioning (Sorters/AGVs/Robots). Knowledge of industrial network protocols (AS-i, Profinet, Ethernet) and basic cybersecurity concepts. Availability to travel frequently nationally and occasionally throughout Latin America. Proficiency in technical English; knowledge of Portuguese is valued.
