Product Lead, BillPay Mexico (SPEI)

Own discovery, prioritization, and outcomes for the BillPay MX squad. Maintain and evolve banking partner relationships from a product perspective. Define and track the metrics that matter, such as payment success rate and reconciliation error rate. Design and iterate on disbursement workflows, and contribute straightforward code changes through engineer-reviewed PRs.

5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years owning a payments, banking, or financial infrastructure product. Hands-on experience with payment rails, banking APIs, or financial infrastructure at a product level. Familiarity with Mexican banking regulations and experience integrating with or managing bank correspondent relationships.
