Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields. 3 to 5 years of experience in capacity planning, workforce planning, S&OP, or logistics operations. Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python is mandatory, with experience in optimization using PuLP, OR-Tools, Pyomo, or Gurobi being desirable.
