Coordinate and analyze requests for infrastructure, maintenance, and remodeling projects. Manage documentation and ensure teams have necessary elements for validations. Validate with internal teams to determine if licenses or permits are required. Serve as a liaison between regions, business, and internal areas during project planning and validation.

Bachelor's degree in Law, Architecture, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in document management and internal control. Technical knowledge in Due Diligence and Internal Control.
