Legal Senior Analyst

Support the review, drafting, and follow-up of commercial contracts. Provide legal assistance to the commercial team in the restaurant vertical. Participate in negotiations with clients and strategic partners. Coordinate with internal areas such as finance, compliance, and operations. Identify and execute projects to standardize, automate, and scale recurring legal processes.

Bachelor's degree in Law completed (may be in the process of graduation). 1 to 3 years of professional experience. Interest in commercial matters, contracts, and corporate law. Proactivity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Excellent writing and communication skills.
