Lead all video and motion production activities across five university educational institutions, including traditional live-action, motion design, and GenAI video generation. Manage and develop a nearshore video production team in Colombia, build and manage production budgets, and source production partners. Partner with the Associate Creative Director to translate creative direction into production-ready briefs and execution plans.
Requirements
5+ years of proven experience producing video content across a range of formats, including live-action, motion, animation, and/or social video. Proficiency in English is required as this is a global business.
