SGSCore Responsibilities
The Senior Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal support in the contractual management of projects or contracts under the responsibility of the Companies, as well as their corporate management. This role aims to implement legal strategies indicated by the Legal Department to contribute to the successful development of ongoing contracts and/or corporate processes.
Requirements
Candidates must be a Lawyer with an active Professional Card and a postgraduate degree in Commercial, Contractual, Administrative, or Public Procurement Law or related fields. A minimum of five years of specific professional experience in similar functions within law firms, private companies, and/or state entities is required, along with advanced English proficiency.
