The Street Hunter will serve as the primary contact for commercial allies, ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience while actively engaging in field work to identify opportunities and close new business. This role involves managing partner relationships, rapidly resolving incidents by coordinating with internal teams like Tech, Operations, and Finance, and tracking performance metrics using Excel.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a commercial profile, be proactive, and focus on solutions, requiring a minimum of one year of experience in commercial, technical support, or customer service areas. Mandatory requirements include excellent communication skills, the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in an agile setting, and advanced proficiency in Excel, with basic SQL knowledge being desirable.
