Core Responsibilities

Lead the SDR team by conducting weekly 1:1 sessions, executing call reviews, and tracking daily metrics. Build and optimize multi-channel cadences in Amplemarket based on response rates. Ensure HubSpot data accuracy and standardize the SDR to AE handoff process. Collaborate with Marketing to refine lists and report pipeline metrics to leadership.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in B2B outbound pre-sales or sales with a proven track record. Previous leadership experience in mentoring or developing sales professionals. Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Amplemarket. Strong analytical and copywriting skills.
