Understand deeply the databases and business rules of INSS and Public credit. Structure recurring performance analyses of the portfolio. Support the construction or optimization of granting strategies, limits, and segmentations. Improve the quality and agility of analyses that support strategic decisions. Contribute to the sustainable growth of the portfolio and the profitability of products.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in areas such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Administration, or related fields. Experience with data analysis applied to credit, risk, or portfolio, preferably in financial institutions. Familiarity with analyzing large volumes of data and generating insights for decision-making. Essential knowledge: SQL, advanced Excel, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, DataStudio or similar), basic statistical analysis, and data manipulation.
