Coordinate the preparation and sending of commercial and contractual documentation to business clients. Manage and update databases of clients and prospects for Business Banking. Provide technical and functional support on CRM tools and other platforms used by the sales force.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields. At least 2 years of previous experience in commercial support functions, preferably in the banking or financial sector and in Business Banking. Advanced knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, SAP CRM, or others).
