Business Development Institucional | Fundos

Develop and execute the growth strategy for the ETF franchise at XP. Build strategic relationships with institutional investors, allocators, wealth managers, family offices, pension funds, insurers, and RPPS. Identify opportunities to expand the use of ETFs in portfolios, mandates, and investment solutions. Structure and develop partnerships with managers, distributors, and market participants.

Experience in business development, institutional distribution, or investor relations in the financial market. Knowledge of institutional segments, including Family Offices, Multi Family Offices, Wealth Managers, Allocators, Pension Funds, Insurers, and RPPS. Ability to build long-term relationships and conduct complex negotiations. Entrepreneurial profile with autonomy to develop new business fronts.
