Lead the team in identifying and prioritizing operational improvement opportunities, focusing on eliminating key gaps in safety, quality, and productivity. Manage high-complexity projects with strategic impact. Ensure strategic and tactical alignment with operations teams, promoting agility and cohesion in achieving consistent results. Structure and ensure routine management of the team through daily rituals and agile sprints, removing impediments to guarantee smooth deliveries and expected performance.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in leadership roles, process management, and continuous improvement. Knowledge and experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and agile methodologies like Scrum. Proven experience in complex continuous improvement projects from conception to execution, along with analytical tools knowledge such as Minitab, Data Studio, SQL.
