Plan and execute logistics flows in Chapecó with operational teams, ensuring agility, quality, and cost efficiency. Monitor indicators such as productivity, deadlines, quality, costs, and customer experience, directing the team in action plans to correct deviations. Supervise the receipt, checking, processing, organization, and dispatch of packages, coordinating solutions with other areas.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Solid experience in logistics operations, transportation, and distribution, with knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and experience leading operational teams in shift work. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Data Studio/Looker Studio or Power BI, and problem analysis methodologies like PDCA, Ishikawa Diagram, 5 Whys, Lean, and Six Sigma.
