Supervisor de Vendas

Lead and develop high-performance teams, ensuring quality hiring of new consultants based on technical and behavioral criteria. Plan and implement monthly actions for consultants, maintaining constant sales growth and achieving proposed targets. Provide ongoing feedback to enhance team performance and actively participate in sales alongside the team.

Ongoing undergraduate degree; experience in sales team management; mandatory certification as a Banking Correspondent for offering Consigned Credit products. Preferred qualifications include a completed degree, a valid driver's license (category B), and experience leading sales teams in financial products.
