Achieve negotiation and placement of facultative reinsurance schemes to meet underwriting needs and ensure financial stability for AXA Seguros. Define work plans for the team aligned with the company's strategy and negotiate service timelines with underwriting teams. Ensure execution and risk management comply with local regulations and AXA Group standards.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in Spanish for broker negotiations. 5 to 8 years of experience managing teams focused on facultative reinsurance placement and solid technical and operational knowledge in the damages sector.
