Change Order and Pricing Analyst

Perform initial review of incoming Change Requests to determine process flow and how to handle change. Work with internal stakeholders to determine and quote the cost and lead-time impact of the requested changes. Manage the ticker-orders dashboard to ensure correct process flow of change requests. Investigate and resolve pricing errors and disputes.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications. English proficiency equivalent to a TOEIC score of 700 or higher. Foundational ability to learn and apply product knowledge. Experience working in customer-facing, operations, order management, or supply chain environments is preferred.
