Ingeniero/a de Soporte de Aplicaciones Java (FX) - (Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México)

Attend to and resolve functional and technical incidents of FX applications under service level compliance. Continuously monitor the health of platforms to detect early degradations or failures and collaborate in root cause analysis. Participate in deployments, validations, and testing of new application versions in production environments.

At least 3 years of experience in support of critical applications or technological platforms, preferably in the financial sector or Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB). Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems. Experience with Oracle, MySQL databases, and executing SQL queries for analysis and diagnosis.
