Core Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Inbound Sales team, ensuring individual and team performance objectives are met. Implement the inbound sales process in alignment with company goals and collaborate with marketing to optimize lead transfer. Monitor and analyze key sales metrics to inform decisions and adjust strategies.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in a leadership role, preferably in Inbound Sales. Proven experience with Inbound methodology and CRM management, such as Salesforce. Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills are essential.
